Q - Can I make payment over the phone?
A - No, unfortunately at this time we are on eCommerce only store. This may change in the future.
Q - Do you store credit card details?
A - No, one of our policies is to use payment methods which means we don't ever see your card details. At checkout when you pay via credit or debit card your details are secured only by the payment processor used. Amazon Payments, Paypal or (for UK customers only) Stripe. We believe these options represent the best security for both the customer and for us.
Q - Which payment methods do you accept? A - We will accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Barclays Pingit and Amazon Payments.
Q - I've checked out without logging into my account (or registering one) and used Amazon Payments - how do I check the details of my order?
A - Please visit payments.amazon.co.uk and log in using the Amazon account you completed your purchase with, your transactions will appear on that site.
Q - Do you accept Bank Transfers?
A - We do not accept bank transfers at checkout, but if you contact us we may be able to do so offsite.
Q - I've never seen Barclays Pingit available as a payment method before - how does it work?
A - Barclays Pingit is now available to all UK bank account holders and not just Barclays customers. It's very, very simple. Simply select Pingit at the checkout and you will be given a UK mobile number to send your payment to. Please quote your order number in the reference.
Q - Can I insure my order?
A - Absolutely, please select recorded delivery at checkout for full insurance. This option is recommended.
Q - What are the delivery prices and times?

Q - Do you provide tracking?
A - Yes, for all recorded or express orders we will email a tracking confirmation when your order has been despatched.
Q - What happens if my order is lost or damaged?
A - In the unlikely event that your order should be lost or damaged in transit by Royal Mail, please read our delivery terms & conditions. You will be asked to acknowledge you have read and agreed to these before checking out.

Q - Can I get a discount for larger orders?
A - For playing cards which we have in stock in bigger quantities we provide 'deck deals'. A deck deal will allow customers to buy the same deck in multiple quantities to reduce the price they are sold at. If the deck doesn't have a deal listed, we're unable to provide a discount.
Q - What is your returns policy?
A - We like to go that little bit further than we are required to, we will accept unused and unwanted items in perfect condition within 21 working days of your purchase. For full details please read here.
Q - Can I sell my collection to you?
A - Please contact us using our form on the contact us page if you wish to sell any playing cards in your collection. Please note we will only purchase decks in perfect condition and still wrapped in cellophane.

A - No, unfortunately not. At the moment we are an eCommerce only business. Our address is purely a business address used mainly for returned items and mail.

A - No, we are certainly fans of magicians - though we wouldn't call ourselves that. We are fans of sleight of hand experts, magicians, cardists and anything that involves a deck of cards really. Founded due to a fascination with playing cards since childhood - the past few years have seen an incredible array of talented independent designers arrive in the industry which has propelled it to a new level. One which can now be viewed as an artform as well as a hobby.
